Prince Harry urged to use ‘golden ticket’ as there’s only one way back into Royal Family

The Duke of Sussex might need to use all the resources at his disposal to win his way back into the Firm.

The adorable children of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may be the couple’s ‘golden ticket’ back into the favour of the Royal Family, an expert has claimed.

Prince Archie, aged five, and three-year-old Princess Lilibet currently reside with the Sussexes in their home in California ever since mum and dad stepped down as working royals.

Relations between Prince Harry and his nearest and dearest back in the UK have reportedly soured in recent years after the release of the Duke’s tell-all memoir Spare and the Sussexes appearance in a Netflix documentary.

Comments in the book and on the docu-series are said to have alienated the King and Queen, and Prince William and Kate. But according to royal expert Kinsey Schofield Prince Harry may look closer to home if he hopes to repair any bridges with Prince William and his father, King Charles.

Speaking to GB news earlier this year, Ms Schofield said: “If Harry did want a way back in he could use the excuse that despite his personal beef with King Charles, he wants his children to have a relationship with their grandfather, it would be the perfect way back wouldn’t it?”

“Well don’t forget according to reports when Prince Harry received the phone call that he was being evicted from Frogmore Cottage, he said to his father ‘don’t you want to see your grandkids anymore?”

Despite the family rift, Prince Harry has made two brief visits to the UK this year, including one in February following news of King Charles’s cancer diagnosis.

On both occasions, Harry travelled without Meghan, who stayed behind in the US with Archie and Lilibet.

The young Sussexes have had limited exposure to the UK, with Lilibet’s first and only visit occurring in June 2022.

Archie, unlike his sister, was born in the UK in 2019 and relocated to America when he was less than a year old. The family of four now resides in an opulent £12million mansion in Montecito, California.

During Prince Harry’s latest visit to Britain in May, one expert strongly suggested that it was not very likely for the Duke to bring his children back home because of concerns over safety.

Speaking on A Right Royal Podcast, royal insider Hannah Furness said: “There is quite a heavy narrative that Meghan and the children won’t be coming back until they can resolve this security issue to their liking. But [Harry] will certainly be coming and going.”
