People Are Buying IKEA’s Doll Beds For Their Cats And It Seems They Couldn’t Be Happier

Cats have a knack for sleeping wherever they please. Even if you provide them with the best cat bed in the world, they might choose to curl up in a small box instead (trust me, I know from experience).

When IKEA released the bed Duktig, a little wooden bed meant for dolls, someone had the brilliant idea to repurpose it as a cat bed. Turns out, it was a fantastic idea because the popularity of these miniature beds kept growing and growing.

People soon discovered that these sleek and stylish doll beds make excellent cat beds. Now, many cats have their own miniature “people bed” to sleep on, and they couldn’t be happier.

After realizing that people use Duktig beds for their feline friends, IKEA embraced the idea. The company generously donated Duktig beds to a cat shelter, ensuring that rescue cats have a warm and cozy place to sleep.

Not only did people start buying these beds for their adorable kitties, but they also shared pictures on social media, capturing their cats enjoying their fancy beds.
