The Duchess of Sussex recently shared a selfie video to raise awareness about her charitable work supporting those affected by the California wildfires.
In the short clip, Meghan Markle appeared makeup-free, thanking Billie Eilish for a special contribution to the cause. While some fans praised her natural beauty, others speculated about possible changes to her appearance.
Wearing a black crewneck sweater featuring the names of her children, Archie and Lilibet, Meghan kept her look casual with high-waisted jeans, gold bracelets, and her brown hair swept to one side.
As the video circulated online, opinions on her appearance flooded social media. Some users alleged she had undergone cosmetic procedures. One person claimed, “Makeup-free but full of fillers… had a nose job… botoxed.” Another wrote, “She had a nose job years ago… you can see it.”
Others debated whether this was a new development, with one remarking, “Did she get another nose job? How many is it now?” Some even commented on her overall facial structure, with one asking, “When did she get the lip fillers??” and another bluntly stating, “Total facial remodel gone on there.”
However, many fans defended Meghan. One admirer gushed, “Meghan looks so beautiful, youthful, fresh, and clean. My Princess.” Another added, “She literally looks so young and youthful. She has natural beauty without makeup, but is also a total stunner with makeup!!!”
Meghan’s nose has been a topic of public fascination since her relationship with Prince Harry became serious. Back in 2017, New York plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg revealed that her nose was one of the most requested cosmetic procedures among his clients. He noted, “Today, she is probably one of the top—if not the No. 1—request I get. Up until recently, the Kardashians were probably the most popular celebrity cosmetic requests.”
Dr. Vartan Mardirossian suggested that Meghan’s nose may have been subtly refined to make the tip slightly more upturned, while Dr. Andrew Miller speculated she could have had a minor adjustment to narrow and lift the tip for a more sculpted look.
However, Dr. Adam Hamawy disagreed, stating that Meghan’s nose appeared natural, with any differences likely due to makeup, lighting, or facial expressions. “The minor imperfections are part of what makes her so distinct and beautiful,” he said.
Despite the buzz around her appearance, Meghan’s video focused on her efforts to support wildfire victims. The Duchess, who lives in Montecito, shared how she reached out to Billie Eilish after meeting a young girl who lost her belongings—including a concert T-shirt—in the Eaton Fire.
Determined to help, Meghan recalled, “I don’t know Billie Eilish, but I’m gonna figure out how to get you this shirt.” She sent a voice note asking for assistance, and thanks to Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, her message reached Billie.

Meghan expressed her gratitude, saying, “Huge thank you, Billie Eilish! This is going to mean so much to her.”
She also praised those helping fire victims, adding, “To everyone who’s showing up for people in big or small ways to get through what’s happening in California, thank you so much.”
In January, Meghan and Harry visited Eaton Fire victims at the Pasadena Convention Center. Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo spoke highly of the couple, saying, “They are great people with great personalities. It takes a great heart to come out and meet with first responders and victims.”
The mayor also revealed that this was not their first visit—on a prior trip, the couple helped serve food anonymously, wearing masks. “They didn’t come for publicity. They came to work,” he emphasized.
Harry and Meghan remain committed to their philanthropic efforts, using their platform to support those in need and advocate for meaningful change.
