Kanye West speaks on rumor he was ‘kicked out of Grammys’

If you caught the Grammys earlier this week—or even just the aftermath—you probably heard about the headline-grabbing moment involving Kanye West and Bianca Censori.

For those who missed it, ‘Ye’ and his wife made an appearance on the red carpet at the 2025 Grammys on Sunday night. But the real shock came when Bianca slipped off her black feather coat to reveal… well, almost nothing.

And by “nothing,” we don’t mean an overhyped surprise that didn’t deliver. We mean she was practically nude—pushing the boundaries of what’s legally acceptable while still technically being covered.

Bianca Censori and Her Controversial Fashion Choices

For the past few years, Bianca Censori’s fashion—or lack thereof—has consistently sparked conversation. Whether she’s gracing high-profile red carpets or just walking down the street, the 30-year-old model has gained a reputation for her daring wardrobe, which often leans more toward minimal than mesmerizing.

However, even by her own bold standards, the outfit she wore to this year’s Grammys turned heads like never before. It wasn’t long before the internet erupted with reactions, and the general consensus seemed clear.

As #BiancaCensori began trending, social media became flooded with shock, criticism, and disbelief from users across the globe.

“She needs to just put all that away… I’m all for women empowering their bodies, but this?” one person wrote on X.

Another questioned, “Aren’t there laws against this sort of thing?”

A third added, “It’s shocking but also so sad. That’s someone’s daughter that he’s brainwashed.”

With so much chatter surrounding West and Censori’s Grammys appearance, the speculation only intensified—so much so that Kanye West himself has now spoken out to address a particularly wild rumor that claimed the couple had been kicked out of the event.

There have been conflicting reports regarding Kanye West and his wife’s presence at the Grammys, with some claiming they were removed for not being invited. However, West—who was nominated for Best Rap Song this year with Carnival—was quick to shut down those claims, while also taking a shot at U.S. broadcaster Don Lemon.

In an Instagram post, West wrote: “This the goofball that started the rumour that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always K**S like this.”* Reports suggest the post has since been deleted.

Lemon, unwilling to let the accusation slide, fired back on Instagram with a direct response.

“First of all, Kanye, Ye – whatever your name is – I did not start a rumour about you being kicked out of the Grammys, I actually corrected it,” he said.

He further explained: “I saw someone on your team who asked me to correct it because it had been reported everywhere.”

Lemon didn’t hold back in his closing remarks: “So, first of all, get your sht straight. And you, of all people, calling me a c**n? That ‘Make America Great Again’ hat must be too tight on your head.”*
