Kate Middleton is often admired for her fashion choices, but she has decided to stop publicly sharing details about her outfits for a particular reason.
A Kensington Palace insider revealed this week that the Princess of Wales has made this adjustment as she gradually resumes her royal engagements after undergoing cancer treatment. The source also mentioned that Middleton now has a “new perspective on everything” and has come to deeply value the “simple yet important things in life.”

Former British Vogue editor-in-chief, Alexandra Shulman, shared her thoughts on Kate’s choice to stop sharing details about her fashion.
“When people have gone through what she’s gone through, they should be entitled to be seen how they want to be seen…with a serious mission – not where the focus is on her clothes,” she told Sky News.
Middleton’s decision comes from her desire for the public to concentrate more on her charitable work rather than her wardrobe.
A Kensington Palace source told The Sunday Times that they will no longer disclose details about Kate’s outfits for the time being.
They stated: “There is an absolute feeling that it is not about what the princess is wearing.
“She wants the focus to be on the really important issues, the people and the causes she is spotlighting.”
Although Middleton is aware that many fans enjoy following her fashion choices, she now hopes to redirect their attention elsewhere.
“There will always be an appreciation of what the princess is wearing from some of the public and she gets that. But do we need to be officially always saying what she is wearing? No,” the source explained. “The style is there but it’s about the substance.”

One of the key projects Middleton is backing this year is the launch of the Royal Foundation for Early Childhood, which aims to support people in developing their ‘social and emotional’ skills to promote better mental well-being.
In a statement, Kate said: “Modern society is complex. At times, it can feel like the world is filled with mistrust and misunderstanding, leaving many people feeling isolated and vulnerable during difficult times.”
She added: “If we are to address this properly, if we are to find real, lasting solutions to these deep-rooted challenges and create a physically and mentally healthier society, we must reset, restore, and rebalance. We must invest in humankind.”
