Lip reader reveals instruction Meghan whispered to Harry during unexpected sports appearance

A lip reader has claimed to uncover what Meghan Markle whispered to Prince Harry during their recent public appearance.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended game four of the World Series yesterday (28 October), where they had front-row seats to watch the LA Dodgers face off against the Toronto Blue Jays.

They were seated just ahead of sports legends Magic Johnson and Sandy Koufax, witnessing the Blue Jays defeat the Dodgers 6-2.

A Royal Return to Familiar Ground

Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44, have been residents of Los Angeles since relocating in 2020. They now live in Montecito with their children, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.

Both were seen fully embracing the Dodgers spirit, wearing team caps and colours, which sparked debate among sports enthusiasts.

Meghan has previously shown loyalty to the Toronto Blue Jays, having lived in Toronto while filming her television series. Some royal followers felt Harry should have supported Canada—a member of the Commonwealth—instead of the Dodgers.

What Meghan Allegedly Whispered

Clips from their outing quickly circulated online, prompting intense speculation. Lip reader Nicola Hickling, speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, analyzed the footage and shared three key exchanges.

Moment 1: Arrival at Their Seats

As the couple were guided to their seats, the assistant on Meghan’s left appeared to be speaking to her. According to Nicola, Meghan waved her hand in front of her face and said:
“Quickly, gotta go, no, I am expecting it.”

Moment 2: During Applause in the Stands

While cheering during the game, Meghan allegedly asked:
“Is anyone here?”
Harry replied: “I can’t see.”
Meghan then responded: “Well, look over there.”

Moment 3: Whispered Exchange

Later, as they appeared to be sharing a more private moment, Meghan reportedly said:
“Look, there’s one.”
Harry answered: “Yeah,”
and Meghan added: “This is fun.”

Mixed Reactions from the Public

Many fans were quick to voice their disappointment online regarding Harry’s support for the Dodgers.

One commenter wrote: “Harry should be cheering for Canada, a Commonwealth Country!”
Another added: “Not shocked with Meghan but disappointed with Harry .. should be cheering on the Commonwealth country.”
A third remarked: “Prince Harry should represent the Commonwealth. He should be wearing a Blue Jays hat.”

Their public appearance came just as Meghan launched her first holiday collection for her lifestyle brand, As Ever. The festive range includes items that pay tribute to her 2018 royal wedding.

Among the new releases are two luxury candles inspired by her wedding date and her birthday, each priced at $64 (£48).
